Owen Grady is an animal behaviorist employed by Jurassic World as a Velociraptor trainer. While training a group of highly intelligent raptors at Jurassic World, Owen developed a special bond with Blue, the beta of the group. When he learns that Blue is in danger from a volcanic eruption on Isla Nublar, Owen returns to the island to rescue her and the other dinosaurs trapped there.
